Limitless Survivor Patch 1.0.06 Semi-Auto

Tam Lab shipped Update Ver. 1.0.06 on July 30, 2026, adding Limitless Survivor’s first Semi-Auto automation layer since launch-week stability patches. This page isolates 1.0.06 changes so you can update routes without rereading the entire Updates Hub.

Pair with the gameplay guide Semi-Auto Guide and Hard progression notes in Hard and Extra Floors.

Semi-Auto feature

Unlock condition: clear Hard Floor 5.

When enabled, Semi-Auto automatically:

  • Learns new skills from level-up offers
  • Upgrades existing skills when upgrades appear
  • Selects stat bonuses from level-up reward choices

Toggle controls:

  • Keyboard: T key
  • Controller: Left Trigger (LT)

Semi-Auto is not full Auto-play — it automates build menus, not the entire AFK loop. Compare tables in Semi-Auto Guide vs Auto-Play Guide.

Why this patch matters

Hard and Extra bands increase level-up frequency. Manual clicking through five-skill caps and stat rolls slows pushes. Semi-Auto targets menu fatigue on mid-to-late Hard progression without removing movement skill checks on fresh boss attempts.

Build planners should revisit Skill Tier List and Affix Priority — automation picks fast, not always optimally.

How Semi-Auto differs from Auto-play

Launch Auto-play clears floors you already beat while you are away. Semi-Auto only fires during active runs when level-up panels appear. You still steer, dodge, and decide when to prestige or swap affix gear.

SystemUnlocksAutomatesYou still control
Auto-playCleared floor routesCombat pathing on known layoutsStarting/stopping, floor choice
Semi-AutoHard Floor 5Skill learn/upgrade and stat picksMovement, prestige timing, affix swaps

Use Semi-Auto on Hard farms where you know boss patterns but hate clicking five skill slots every level. Turn it off when testing new Best Builds or learning Extra floor mechanics.

Hard Floor 5 as a milestone

Hard Floor 5 sits after the introductory Hard band where attack-count caps and affix variance start to matter. Clearing it proves you can survive spike damage without full Artifact stacks — exactly when menu automation pays off.

If you are stuck below Floor 5, prioritize Stat Upgrade Priority and Attack Count Cap before expecting Semi-Auto to carry you. Automation does not raise DPS; it only removes pause-menu friction.

Build and economy interactions

Semi-Auto does not spend Yellow Crystals or open prestige menus. It also does not appraise Artifacts or bulk-buy stats — those remain manual (Bulk Stat Upgrade, Prestige Planner).

Because stat picks are automatic, runs may skew toward generic survivability unless you disable Semi-Auto before key level-ups. Competitive push players often toggle off before boss floors, then re-enable during trash packs.

Yellow Crystal income and Artifact drip still follow 1.0.02 economy rules (Patch 1.0.02 Balance). Semi-Auto changes session comfort, not drop tables.

Bug fixes in 1.0.06

Tam Lab listed two fixes alongside Semi-Auto:

  1. Language change in dungeon — fixed an error when changing language while inside a dungeon
  2. HP reaches zero effect — fixed missing visual feedback when player HP hits zero

These are separate from Semi-Auto but matter during long Hard sessions — see Crash and Stability if crashes persist on 1.0.05+ builds.

The language fix helps multilingual players who switch UI mid-run without backing out to title screens. The HP-zero VFX fix reduces confusion during dense combat when death states were hard to read.

Relationship to patch 1.0.07

1.0.07 (July 31, 2026) followed immediately with menu navigation improvements and a Semi-Auto tutorial text fix. If controls looked wrong on day-one 1.0.06, update again — Patch 1.0.07 Menu Navigation.

Tutorial text incorrectly described Semi-Auto bindings on some clients until 1.0.07. Always trust T / LT from this wiki and Steam patch notes, not day-one screenshots.

Post-patch checklist

StepAction
1Confirm Steam build ≥ 1.0.06
2Clear Hard Floor 5 to unlock Semi-Auto
3Test T / LT toggle on a safe Hard farm
4Compare run speed with Semi-Auto on vs off
5Update to 1.0.07 for tutorial text + WASD menu nav
6Read Semi-Auto Guide before overnight sessions

Who benefits most

Incremental veterans pushing Hard/Extra for Artifact completion see the largest quality-of-life gain — fewer mis-clicks during hundred-level sessions.

Keyboard players gain a single-key toggle without rebinding Auto-play. Controller users get LT on the same hand as movement, useful on Steam Deck and couch setups (Controller).

New players should still learn manual skill picks on Normal until Hard unlock — Semi-Auto teaches bad habits if enabled before you understand Skill Tier List priorities.

Patch 1.0.06 marks Limitless Survivor’s automation expanding beyond launch Auto-play — plan Hard Floor 5 as a milestone, not an optional side quest.
